This series of meditation workshops will lead participants through various meditation styles while focusing on the breath and the present moment. Each session will focus on a different approach to meditation, including basic mindfulness, defusion, loving-kindness meditation, and progressive muscle relaxation. Participants will be allowed to reflect on their experiences independently and as a group at the end of each workshop. Each session will be a stand-alone workshop, so participants can join for as many as they want.
